Join me as we begin again- as we discover a new way to travel- a safer- more cautious way. May we appreciate every single day we have and not forget what isolation and fear and separation required of us.

The White Dog Cafe
Four hours late but I made it to Philly! Starved at 8:30pm George and I headed down the street to "The White Dog Cafe" in University City. It is an organic fresh food place and the food is terrific. The theme is around Dogs of course. Ollie you would have been amazed as there were dog heads all over the wall. I hope my picture shows it. These are but a few that stare at you! The little cookie that came with my homemade ice-cream was a dog bone! Georges two bedroom apartment 28 floors high over Philly is awesome- spacious, modern with an amazing view. A fun easy day ahead thinking about our huge new grant project.

We set off for breakfast at Sabrinas Cafe near the Drexal campus and enjoy a very hearty breakfast. After walking down the hill Dr. Demiris discovers he left his keys back at Sabrinas. So back up the hill we climb so he can recover them. We head to the Penn Campus on a beautiful day. This is the city of brotherly love and thus there are two "LOVE" sculptures in the city- one on Penns campus. We stop for photos and head to Georges office. He stops to show me his awesome photo and write up in the school of nursing lobby. After doing some work we head out on the Hop on Hop Off bus for a city tour. Amazing how many things happened in Philly. What a rich city- much more than the commonly known Liberty Bell and Philly Cheesesteaks. A nice relaxing afternoon before heading to dinner. Looking forward to our Business Class flights tomorrow afternoon!
